Poor Housing Design

when i worked in the public authority of housing welfare, i knew they spend over 47,000 kD in what we call ” Government House ” which is basically poor in design, and when i say design i mean ” interior and exterior design “, am sure that the engineer in the authority try hard to change the fact but as we said ” 3amik a9ma5 “.
Then, after a while,
i make a small resarch about housing costs, and i choose the Emmar as construction company, and ” el marabi3 el 3arabyah ” arabian ranches as a design, i do the resarch and i found that the house is cost around 32,000 KD which is 15,000 kD a huge diffrence, see and recognzie the diffrences ,,
